EYES ON THE WATER

American Eagle

Report Suspicious Activity.  Since September 11, 2001, life has changed in the United States, as we know it.  Law enforcement agencies have stepped up security around the nation.  Now, citizens across the country can do their part and be eyes and ears that help keep America safe with a Homeland Security initiative, the "Eyes on the Water" campaign.

Reporting Procedures.  Suspicious activity may be reported to the National Response Center by calling 1-800-424-8802, 24 hours a day.  The person reporting these activities will not only remain anonymous, but will also perform a great service to preserve and protect their community.

Be Alert.  In observing, write down this information and give an accurate account of your information to the officer.:

  • The time of the activity.

  • The location of the activity.

  • Any aircraft registration, vehicle, or boat names and numbers.

  • Distinctive features of suspects such as build and clothing.
