Emergency Response Form

This is entirely voluntary but if you choose to participate, you may be among the first to be called in an emergency.  Auxiliary qualifications (coxswain, crew, pilot, radio watch-stander) do not need to submit this form as these skills will be extracted from Auxdata.

This information can be imported into a mapping program called MapPoint.  In an emergency the geographic location of vital skill sets can be seen clearly.  At the time of an emergency, this will be shared with CG command.
